Something that helped me get things done/ change my approach to life is - if i say im gonna do something and i dont do it for no good reason, i make it smaller Ex. Did i work out today? No. Thats okay tomorrow the goal is: put on my gym clothes. Did i put on my gym clothes ? No. Thats okay tmrw i’ll : take my gym clothes out my closet and put them on my bed. Keep making the goal smaller and once you do achieve the small goal you’ll build momentum cuz u already started, might as well follow thru uk? Hope you’ve grown since posting this ❤❤
i feel depressed cause i never had consistency and discipline, deep down this makes me feel like im never gonna achieve my dreams and if that so i dont necessarily have to live lol
@@Bom.3d Sorry that you are feeling this way too. I mean i dont want to pity myself like this but sometimes i cant ignore how much of a failure i am and its a depressing thought
I feel the same I lack discipline & consistency! I pray to God about it, just ask that his will be done in your life & that he will help you gain the things you are missing 💗
I’m going to say this with love and respect. Stop watching what other people do and start looking into yourself. Examine & dissect yourself like an exhibit ❤😊 This would be a great time to do shadow work on yourself because there seems to be a blockage. You can’t compare your life to someone else because they have their own lane. I would suggest starting out with a to-do list. Stick to being in the present and focus on accomplishing 2-3 tasks/day. Create your lists: immediate goals (2-3 months), short term goals (6-8 months), and long term (9+ months)
I understand where you're coming from and I'm sure many people can relate! staying on track w things that you've been pushing to the side is a real struggle. but tbh it could also be you being burnt out? last year you were posting non-stop. I can see that playing a role in u not having enough fuel to I guess keep moving forward? wishing u all the best
Good luck getting more disciplined! I've got to do the same. Been in a rut too. Started meditating again. That might help. I'm doing it more than I have before and I'm liking the effect
I feel you completely Ashely. I'm glad my Mars is in Capricorn to help me when I don't want to be disciplined. I can't ignore discipline especially when need to get things done. Nice video Ashley ❤
