That is why big companies in the US transferred to China whose labor cost was lower then. Now that Chinese labor has increased, they will suffer the same fate as what happened in the western world. This proves that labor cost is a big factor in choosing the venue that should not be ignored in choosing the right locations of a business/factories. That is the problem that governments should look into. They are inclined to increased wages and salaries of laborers and government employees which usually increased inflation , higher prices of commodities or lowering the purchasing power of their own money.
