You can let the config "Ominous Banner Projection Biome Illager Can Appear In Other Biome" = true to spawn them in any biome ppps:in the last(7th) wave,there will be 2 elite illagers(may be slavery supervisor, firepower, necromancy sorcerer or gaviler),you can let the config "Ominous Banner Projection AX-Crazy Can Appear" ＝ true so that ax-crazy has the chance to spawn as an elite illager too (although he is too strong in some case)
