Great that you finally caught up with them but sad that your car is off the road due to mechanical issues. About the house, it’s weird to me that some are now charging for the house to be viewed. I don’t think that would be tolerated by the government here although they might be doing it there to pay the cleaner. Still, the practice doesn’t sit well with me especially that one of the people they’re charging might end up being the tenant. By the way, is Kabulonga no longer beautiful? How about Ibex Hill Meanwood, New Kasama? Isn’t Kingsland better than Salama Park in terms of beauty & proper design of the suburb?
The people charging the viewing fee are not the landlords, it's usually young unemployed people who find houses which are up for rent and then advertise them and charge the viewing fee.
These homes are super affordable.

Can you please show them somewhere better and why are people charging to show them around the house ??? if I was you I would go to an estate agency . The first house wasn’t nice at all! Lusaka does have so many beautiful places and estate agency.
