This is the latest race xp version i guess. Old race xp have light under the seat i think, so what is the main difference between the old and new version

Even after the company claims that Mileage is around 45kmpl and after watching various ownership reveiws where they're claiming it at 50kmpl, still my Ntorq Race XP is giving me the mileage of 25-28kmpl although it has been a week since I bought it.
What could be the possible reason for my mileage to be very low?
