thank you... I do think we don't know everything that went on behind the scenes so I stay away from accusing the other three as anything. They had reasons that had come from somewhere and nobody know what actually happened. In my opinion there is way too much talk in the kpop fandom about things nobody knows. And the bottom line is that the artists - the girls are only pawns of somebody moving them around on a chessboard as they please. In the end they are chasing a dream and work very hard for that. Sometimes things just don't turn out the way they should have. I liked the old fifty fifty a lot and wish the other three girls all the best. And as for the new fifty fifty I am all in and totally rooting for them.

In Korea, this "mistreatment" issue has largely been dismissed and it has been revealed in so many media outlets (with proof) that the members have falsely accused their company of abuse and mistreatment to move to a much larger company. The Korean court usually rules in favor of the artists in almost 95% of cases (case in point, the court ruled in favor of former EXO, Loona members, NewJeans' creative director, etc). But in this case, the evidences that were revealed in court were so blatantly obvious that the artists were falsely accusing the company to get out of their contract, so the court struct down the case twice, and the former members are now involved in a civil law suit, and the producer who tried to hijack the members for a much larger company was prosecuted and waiting for the sentencing in a criminal case. But somehow all of this is lost on the international fandom, and they keep bringing up the false accusations that were already proven completely false in the court ruling. This issue was so big in Korea that the Korean government is trying to make a new law called "Fifty Fifty Rule" that will prevent larger companies from poaching talent from smaller companies by coercing members to falsely accuse their employers of abuse and mistreatment.
