Philips HGS 201 no reflector? No ballast? And why the part of fixation are loose no metal sheet to protect any entrence birds or bee neest why? Is need to restore ok i don't like too this model but really this fixture can be restored im not fan of Philips Iridium Gen³ (Iridium³) i have a HGS 250 part aluminium on back and fiber glass in front

This is a fixture i am going to throw away cause the ballast and stuff didn't work. I saved all te usefull stuff so that is why its so empty.
