As a fellow 530d owner, I can tell that the car cuts power after multiple launches and hard driving to preserve the drivetrain. And that makes the car very inconsistent. Not undermining the e350, its a damn good rival to the 530.
I found the problem, see at 4:13 under small S2 there is the power display which shows how much the car is accelerating, in this round it is giving full power. Now see at 10:00 exactly under small S2 car is not going past half power it's clearly visible. Get it fixed! It usually happens and turning off and then turning the car on after sometime will fix this.

Check the engine/transmission Temperature at the time of launch for both cars , I suppose German cars are over engineered and cut off power as temperatures rise to preserve drivetrain and engine components
