Legitmately this is me. After watching a bunch of his videos, for the first time in 20 years I went to a card expo and bought a few slabs. Going to meet him at Collect a con in Richmond at the end of the month, a quick 2 hr drive!
I think of all the kids, wyatt is my favorite.. he is so polite, timid, grateful and he pays attention when you talk.. good job on the parents for raising such a nice kid!
I love how you helped out the kid and he came back to tell you he competed the collection, that is just priceless. I gotta say watching all you do and how you do it honestly brings out the kid in me when I was big on pokemon cards
Even if this video hadn’t blown up that kid would remember this moment for the rest of his life. I guarantee he went home and talked about this for weeks.
Hey Coop, I collect various things; I don't know jack about Pokémon other than the very basics though. I really enjoy your interactions with your customers, but my favorite are the interactions with kids that you encounter at the card shows. You are super nice to them and I love watching their faces light up when you give them free cards, etc. It makes me feel good to see someone being so nice in such a hectic world. I thought the short was good, but the whole interactions were even better 😂. I love how they started to get a little bit more comfortable and the dad ended up being like so good person too. Tha charizad, "I can give it to you" and dad goes: "nOooO" that's how ypu make costumers and pretty much friends. You're so lovely, coop. Just what I need to start my morning the good way! 😂

I remember when Pokemon first came out. Me and my brothers all got the starter deck and we played. We kept up with the cards and everything until 2003-4 and that's around the time I lost my collection and my brother moved out and went to college. Now his kiddos (mostly him) are collecting again. I'm old school and just want the OG 151 cards as my collection. Lol
