- Naan Mahaan Alla is a 2010 Indian Tamil-language action film written and directed by Suseenthiran. It stars Karthi, Kajal Aggarwal, Jayaprakash and Soori. Featuring music scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja and cinematography handled by R. Madhi, the film was produced by K. E. Gnanavelraja and distributed by Dayanidhi Azhagiri's Cloud Nine Movies. Set in Chennai, the film follows Jeeva, an unemployed and carefree young man whose father becomes the target of a gang of young criminals after witnessing a kidnapping.

Very disappointing comments. Nobody seem to understand the reality.All of them fail to think this kind of crime can happen to their love ones relatives or friends. I pray those who watch such movies learn to realize the social problems that is happening around them and how it isruining the future of the current young generation. It shows how the law enforcement agencies and the law have to be tightened or strengthened to prevent such crimes from rooting in the society. Hang to death such criminals and punish those who allow such crimes to take place in the first place by putting them in the jails with long sentences without any pardon. I think there is a urgent need to make it mandatory for at least one family member in every family in thamizhnadu to enlist to serve in the indian defence forces. Then the streets the society the state will be a better safer place for all to live. Many thanks for everyone who have helped to make this movie.

Usual climax. The feared head rowdy suddenly powerless, he is left with only 2 or 3 rowdies and all were killed. Where all his gang? At the end hero alone finished the boys!
The feared head rowdy doesn't roam around with all his 100s of men every single minute. He was at sea on a boat with 2 of his men, and spotted the 4 boys. Thats all.

Only thing unrealistic in this movie...that large ass ditch which he dug out, put the guys in and filled it back up. That shit would have taken at least 6 hours! Makes it look as if it was done in a few minutes...
