I always watch you when I want to be productive because you always inspire me to do so and I love how relatable and genuinely sweet you are. 💙💙💙
here are some of my cooking tips:
* try looking up on tiktok/youtube: "3 (or 5) ingredient recipes" "trader joes recipes" "one pot meals" etc! usually they have minimal ingredients and don't require a lot of multitasking.
* if you have the funds, you can get a small crockpot which opens up a whole new world of slowcooking recipes :D you just "set it & forget it" until it's done!
* prep all your ingredients before ever turning on the stove. that means washing/drying/cutting everything, measuring out liquids and seasonings, and having all your utensils ready. that cuts down on a lot of stress when you're first starting out, because once something is in the frying pan, it can burn while your attention is on something else.
* most things don't need to be cooked at high heat (besides boiling water and searing meats). turn the stove on at like low-medium and work your way up to medium-high as you get more comfortable with using heat. yes it will take longer but at least your food won't burn lol
*i like to meal prep ingredients rather than actual meals because i hate eating the same thing multiple times in a row lol. i will batch cook rice and pasta; they freeze well and reheat well in the microwave with minimal texture changes in my opinion. after a grocery run, prep your fruits/veggies like emily mariko does on tiktok lmao

you should definitely start watching the sunrise at the beach. i do it as often as i can and it’s so calming. i personally don’t like reading but when i’m watching the sunrise it’s so easy to read and comprehend what i’m reading. it’s also not crowded and not hot in the morning. you could eat lunch around 11 when it starts getting hot and then go home. also please vlog yourself learning how to cook bc i need to learn too 😭
