The first thing you said about injuries is probably beacuse of less games in europe aka every game matters unlike in nba where temas can lose games every week and rest their players ❤
Trust your work. Practice should always be harder than games so you’re prepared when the game comes. It won’t be scary if you are truly confident that you’ve worked as hard as you can
