The next video mentioned at the end of this video is still being edited so keep an eye out for it soon! In the meantime you can enjoy the awake gynecomastia excision and lipo video!

Hi . Ive started to get early stages of gyno due to TRT treatment. When using anabolics would you still have high estrogen cauing gyno. As i have bloods checked every month and estrogen has always been low at 20-30pg/ml so confused how this would happen and not be seen in my bloodwork

Great video! Do I need to get liposuction done also? Or can the surgeon just remove the tissue? I have very little gynecomastia and when it's cold it's not visible.

Absolutely. Some patients don’t need liposuction at all. I’ve had a couple cases like that in the office the last two weeks. Just gland removal, no lipo needed and all done under local anesthesia here in the office.

Will it come back after you remove the gland?

I'm currently 15 years old and have Gynecomastia type 2B. Do you think it will go away after puberty is done or how likely is it to stay?

It’s possible that it could go away. A high percentage of gyno that occurs in puberty resolves eventually. If it’s not bad and it’s not stressing you out extensively, i would let it ride. Otherwise, definitely see a board certified plastic surgeon.

Thanks for the info, watching them grow every week until they grew by two cups is definitely satisfying, I went with what I commented about and after the first 20 days or so I went up by one cup! I simply go'ogled Mika Klopsworth's Breast Guide and now they’re fuller and firmer than I expected!

😂😂You are totally commenting to the wrong audience here. I think the bots have arrived on this video.

I’m currently in the military and have had it since I was a kid (20 years old now) I’ve been bullied and hated it all my life ecspecially since I’ve been lifting weights for 2 years with great progress but my chest always makes it look like I’ve got none. I’m definitely looking at gyno surgery on my #1 priority instead of purchasing a new car. I’m pretty sure the military pays for 1 cosmetic surgery or surgery but if not I’ll take it out of my own pocket if I have too.

There’s nothing better than investing in yourself. There’s a new model of car every year but only one you and one lifetime to live it. Hope you get the results you’re after and you can put all this behind you.
