6:53 that's a kre-o helmet for prowl or red alert I own different versions of that mould for different characters they turned into kreons the head is a knock off & body is the wrestler from a blind bag series from the early or later double digits tho
Unfortunately there was a lot of knock off junk lego in your 100$ USD priced haul tho but if you part together the official minifigs a few of them are worth 100+ tho
