Ceramist and Ruth Chandler Williamson Gallery installer T Robert Pacini takes us behind-the-scenes and into the ceramic vaults for a tour of Paul Soldner’s pieces in the Scripps permanent art collection and recalls her early days with her mentor. Paul Soldner (1921-2011), Emeritus Professor of Ceramics, taught at Scripps College for more than three decades, until his retirement in 1991.
