This video wad incredibly helpful! Could you please do a video on tuberous breast deformity, puffy areola and augmentation process and options? Are tissue expanders always needed? Are implants placed over/under muscle?

Dr, thank you so much for this video, it is very educational. Really appreciate you standing for half an hour sharing this. I notice no doctor mentions about the smallest implant available haha. Everybody seems to be talking about the big ones. May I know the volume for the smallest implant available in the market? :)

Thanks to you I have completed my list for the PS. If you would Doc, please push for larger silicone implants and if you are ever doing a trial on B-lite implants, I'd like to be part of it.

This is amazing! Thank you so much for this valuable information!
How would the patient know if their sternum is wide or narrow can this be detected within a consultation, or would it only be detected once on the operating table?

I have Congenital symmastia I am struggling to find a doctor to fix it. As the extra breast tissue needs to be cut out and the skin glued to my sternum. I think getting a breast implants with it would look very strange.

Curious of any concerns of having silicone gel type implants for lengthy periods? What has been observed over the past 20 +/- years? Thank you

Unsure whether it is the gummy bear type. 2005 there was a 10yr study going on w/ the silicone gel implants. I was told at the time that if it were cut open it would be like cutting a gummy bear. Unsure if the "gummy bear" name is one that was more recently labeled or if that is the name of a newer implant. The inside appear the same from what I can see. Your feedback... Thx!

Don’t get implants unless you want breast implant illness, The FDA put a black box warning on breast implants. Thousands of women are having side effects because the silicone is toxic for the body. They are not safe. Saline or silicone.
