He actually is one of the greatest lyricist of this generation. He has credits for over 187 songs currently the youngest and the 2nd most credited song writer in kpop. I think that is probably the only song with no meaning that he has ever written but the no meaning was the point. I am gonna recommend Persona as a RM solo song there is even a break down of the song by explained by Korean on dkdktv you will never understand it all without the break down. The BTS rappers go insanely hard and their flow switches and the beats they rap on are a bit ridiculous. We try to warm people but folks never believe us. This was just a Joke to him literally just tucking around and flexing. Songs like Do You or Seoul have more intense meaningful lyrics but this one is just a flex that yes he rap.

there are few explanations already in the comments, but i just wanna add how he used that same swear word over and over bc just for me, it's a diss too at how his haters and rappers who dissed them before showcase being "badass" or "good rapping" by just swearing in their raps that it comes to a point that it's unneccesary anymore for the song, and just like the song, their lyrics and message becomes a joke 💀
