This is a pretty good storyline. Plus I love that Gabriella sticks to her goals and doesn’t drop everything just to be with Troy. I know it’s sad in the movies when she does but it’s clear that Troy respects and supports her decisions. I also think we have all been in Troy’s shoes before where we are with someone who knows what they want in life career wise and we are still figuring out what we want in life. I would be really intrigued to see that storyline of self-discovery and self-love for Troy’s character arc, and that he nor Gabriella don’t need someone in their lives complete, but rather compliment (my pitch for why they would end up together in the end :P).

Or they make it through after some fights and break ups because no relationship is perfect & get married and have kids, I'm not a fan of them seeing other people ♡♡
