Thanks for the video. I'm going to go ahead and replace mine on my 2016 CVO Limited even though I'm not having any issues. You did a great job of explaining the install and not having to remove the lowers. I hope my kit comes with the different type of hose so you don't have to use the PEX type. Yogi's Cycle Service in his TH-cam video said his kit came with the different style clamp. Thanks again.
Thanks for your video. I just bought a 2016 RGU and the pump failed ( keeps blowing the fuse). I will make a video on diagnosing on this issue. Your video brought great input to the project. I am confident I can do the job. The only thing i may change is I will use standard hose clamps.
That kit now Sept 2024 is $511. When you take the old pump off you should leave all the hoses attached to the old pump. Take off the old pump with the hoses all in one unit.
Well, I've got a question regarding the coolant pump cover. Does the old twin cam coolant pump cover fit over the new pump or does it have to be modified or replaced? Thanks.

You don’t have to buy an expensive tool for the 10344 clamps. A cheap $15 cv boot clamp pliers does the same thing. (eBay)

I just replaced my pump and everything is working well but I just can’t seem to fit the cover back on. Any tip?
