Our Rental Property: the Aftermath

Hey thanks everyone for all the comments, but we really don't need any more! They've all been of 3 varieties: 1) "how awful; people can be such pigs" 2) "it's your own fault, you should've known better, you deserved it" or 3) "don't complain, I've seen much worse." So, rather than try to explain why it all happened, let us just say: they left, we sued them, we won, and we've been getting a Wage Garnishment check every month for a couple of years now.
