I made this one twice and it was delicious! Today I'll be making this again for the coming Christmas party. I tried putting them in the freezer after wrapping in banana leaves and then boil them for an hour while it's frozen on the day when you serve it. The result is the same and I am so thankful because now I know I can make this way ahead of time and boil it when we are craving for it. Thank you Dai Allyn for this recipe! Pag ito lutuin ng nanay ko, puro Ako reklamo, kc sa akin nakatuka ang mag prepare ng niyog ,akyatin ko pa sa puno at kayorin ko pa, pagkuha ng dahon ng saging linisan at gayatin , paghalukay pa tuwing lutuin na,, dami pa process bago ka makakain ng suman, kaya kamot ulo ako kpag ito ang lutuin ni nanay, pero worth it ang lahat after how many hours na paghintay, sobrang sarap nito lalo na next day muna kainin..
