It's a free service in the Netherlands, if You have regular government health insurance. Because aside from that You are the most beautiful & cheerful person that I know from all. And Your voice is mind-blowing and the most enthusiastic (delete this comment after acknowledge if You want). I lived in Haarlem, NL, for 45 years. Oh sorry I don't know all the costs as my son booked and arranged giving surprise to us. Till now he didn't say but we went in off season so many hotels, food was cheaper comparsted to other months

On 1st November we were there....had a wonderful sunshine day....from fisherman's bastion & st Michaels church the view was breathtaking . Loved Budapest ❤...you people enjoy.
Whole procedure takes 15-20 minutes. And go to Plastic Surgeon with government health insurance, not private, for a free operation on the neck left side.
