From someone who kinda "wasted" his 20's , my advice is that you must do as many activities as you can to fill your days. Working, working out, hang out with friends, meeting new people, studying, travelling... When you look back to the past year, if it has been really productive in many regards and you have a lot of memories, it actually seems longer in your memory. It's like "I can't believe it was just a year ago, it seemed longer". Whereas if you waste it with videogames and other "empty" activities, the days seem longer, but when you look back and can barely differenciate one day from another you're just like "damn, a whole year passed so fast". I turned my life around when I was 27, right after the pandemic. The years since I was 18 to 26 passed in a blink, I can barely remember some funny days, girls, etc, whereas these last two years are filled with memories. I've lived more in two years than in the past decade as a whole.
Man, I ran a Destiny 2 community that was 10 sister clans, and our Discord was almost four thousand members. Video games can absolutely be this same experience. I'll never forget those times. I was a huge part of running the clan. And it was far from my first time running such a large community. Absolutely go touch grass and meet real people. Have real life experiences. Go to a bar, even if you just sit and drink water. Go to a coffee shop, even if you sit and drink water lol Living life, is living life. That's my point at the end of the day. As long as you are enjoying it in a healthy way, no one should judge you or stop you

Feel freely to be young, don't get too pressured to already act in a way you're still not. Too many people are afraid to hit different ages, even 18, when they are still in the best of their years, because people or society expect you to already fall in line (so does your mind makes you think you feel old). Take your time and do that when you know that you'll be ready. Better to live like that instead of the regret of conforming.

23 years old,, born in '96 I was about 13 when I first hear this siog. Past July I graduated from University and I have never understand the song as I do now. It hasn't been that long but I miss going to school everyday, chatting between classes with my friend, my teachers, my boyfriends haha, going to the club on Wednesday, going to out favorite bar on Thursday, hanging ours friends house on Fridays. @@kurliigurlii thanks bro. sometimes its unimaginable how your life can change in a short amount of time. most of my life has just been a struggle to earn a few dollars. kicked out of school at 16 and my house at 17 i started stealing to make money. id steal anything from anyone, friends, family, i rode my bike around at night just looking to see a garage left open or a lawn mower left outside or anything i could get my hands on. i had jobs here and there but could never keep them. that was the most depressing, feeling the security of finally having a job and my troubles vanishing.. buying all the random shit i never could and then a couple paychecks later its back to square 1. I always figured owning a business would solve my problems cause then i'd be at the top making the most and not some bullshit minimum wage worker, plus then i could work my own hours and not be confined to some bullshit schedule that some asshole made. so over the past 5 months i got the idea to create my own business. i knew how to fix bikes since ive always rode a bike. (still do, don't have my licence yet but i will upgrade soon lol) i made my dream a reality and started my own bike repair business. i started it right as covid was breaking out so i stayed open and served all the people who would have went to the other bike shops but couldn't due to closures so i have earned a pretty penny so far and am incredibly thankful for this opportunity. i feel so blessed i can't even describe it. i went from not being able to pay my $15 phone bill to buying $2000 orders of parts plus anything else that i want or need, in just a short couple months. i got 2 calls for bike repair while typing this comment lol. i feel bad for all of the minimum wage workers now. anyone who comes in and cant afford a repair i fix it for free cause fuck man i have been there and i feel blessed that i can actually help people instead of fuck people over. if u read this whole comment ur a g and thank you

I feel like everyone is a little too hard on themselves. Everyone says that nobody likes them, but I don't think that's true. I think people just don't like themselves. When you can't love yourselves, you find it hard to love other people and start to think negatively. I am also 23 years old and if nobody truly liked me, then I don't think I would be hear typing this comment. I think people should stop thinking on what they don't have and appropriate what you had, what you still have and what you can have.

Sounds like you're being too hard on yourself. I doubt you've failed everything. Or if you have failed many things, you're definitely young enough to make up for it. In 10 years, you'll barely think about the stuff you had going on at 19. This is all coming from a 29 year old, by the way... I'm speaking from experience. Do you know how young you are and how much time you have to get what you want out of life?
@@kurliigurlii thanks bro. sometimes its unimaginable how your life can change in a short amount of time. most of my life has just been a struggle to earn a few dollars. kicked out of school at 16 and my house at 17 i started stealing to make money. id steal anything from anyone, friends, family, i rode my bike around at night just looking to see a garage left open or a lawn mower left outside or anything i could get my hands on. i had jobs here and there but could never keep them. that was the most depressing, feeling the security of finally having a job and my troubles vanishing.. buying all the random shit i never could and then a couple paychecks later its back to square 1.
I always figured owning a business would solve my problems cause then i'd be at the top making the most and not some bullshit minimum wage worker, plus then i could work my own hours and not be confined to some bullshit schedule that some asshole made.
so over the past 5 months i got the idea to create my own business. i knew how to fix bikes since ive always rode a bike. (still do, don't have my licence yet but i will upgrade soon lol) i made my dream a reality and started my own bike repair business. i started it right as covid was breaking out so i stayed open and served all the people who would have went to the other bike shops but couldn't due to closures so i have earned a pretty penny so far and am incredibly thankful for this opportunity. i feel so blessed i can't even describe it.
i went from not being able to pay my $15 phone bill to buying $2000 orders of parts plus anything else that i want or need, in just a short couple months. i got 2 calls for bike repair while typing this comment lol. i feel bad for all of the minimum wage workers now. anyone who comes in and cant afford a repair i fix it for free cause fuck man i have been there and i feel blessed that i can actually help people instead of fuck people over.
