I agree! Very well maintained and clean. Good features such as the full-size washer and dryer, plus an integrated vacuum system. The cherry wood is beautiful and the price is fair.

Nice boat, but frankly, for a liveaboard, I would go for the 98' Broward a few weeks ago. You get a bigger, more impressive interior, I think the exterior can be fixed up easily, and mechanically I think it would be easier to keep running on a budget.
I have to say after watching these reviews, I think I want my next house to be a boat. I would love to know some estimation of running costs per year during these reviews, I think that is the information that might change my mind. You show a great variety of price points.
Good question! since we get ask this all the time, we will be doing a full video about it for YT, also we just launched The Patreon page (yesterday 🙈😝) where we will go more in depth about this and you can ask us specific questions. check it out www.patreon.com/NautiStyles
Don't forget about where you will dock and if live aboard is permitted! To buy a dock is a major expense! Perhaps it would be better to buy the dock first and lease it out until you find the boat you want. JIM
@@christianmillet9901 That is what experts say, yes. $80k per year just in maintenance fees for this boat (compared to a condo of the same value $12k maintenance fees, whereby the condo corporation does all maintenance for you). My estimate is that this is 10 times more expensive option that a condo of equal value.
@@NautiStyles: With all due respect m'lady, a single helm on the fly-bridge would totally suck in Northern Calif. I've sailed the length of the west coast of N.America from Cabo to Alaska several times, and weather north of San Francisco can turn bone chilling cold at any given time of year. This particular vessel is what us old salts call a "Fair Weather Yacht".
You really need to be looking at something like this for yourselves. Lol. Victoria has a new outfit on and looking fresh for every video. Where do you keep all the clothes? 🤷♂️
I never thought I would say this but I'm in love with his big Johnson. There is nothing I don't like about that vessel besides me not owning it. Just sweet, that shiney woodwork always suckes me in. I will trade him 2 Corvettes, 32 ft sailboat, 23 ft Cabin Cruiser, 21 ft speedboat, racekart, dirt bike, microwave, toaster oven, and a twin motor window fan, a old Ford 4x4 and a G35 Infinity sedan, with a hover board in the trunk, I will Eve toss in my sweet 8 h.p Tohatsu on a 10 ft fiberglass Avon inflatable. And I have a high end wine distibuter in the family...yummy wine. I would give everything I own for that vessel. It even add in my new Jetson Bolt electric bike. I would be happy to run around and polish that jem all day, just hand me the swiffer hunny, boom done. Lol
I'd like to see Rico get some attention too... Some slow motion of him sashaying down the dock, with his theme song from Gerardo playing... "Ri-co... Suave-aaay". David, I'm with you on that, my vote is for the vertical, blue-striped one-piece 😉
Very nice yacht. Living on this is a romantic idea but I need a place for my cars, my gym and all of my goodies. Nice to have thus floating beside a lovely home with a short jaunt to the ocean.

Nice boat, but frankly, for a liveaboard, I would go for the 98' Broward a few weeks ago. You get a bigger, more impressive interior, I think the exterior can be fixed up easily, and mechanically I think it would be easier to keep running on a budget.
Fair enough! but the Master and the VIP on this one was far superior... considering Broward was only 3 cabins and only 1 big Cabin 🤔
Nice boat tour. Central vac is so old school. All you need is a powerful stick vacuum!
still gotta store it somewhere lol
19:12 I would fit a projector in the old tv hole and a screen on the inner wall, then you could sit on the outer bed watching a movie :)
I wasnt all that crazy about if from the outside but that thing is awesome. I could definitely live on that. That was be a great retirement boat.
Came for the Boat, Stayed for her haircut!
thank youuu 🙏🏻🙏🏻💙😝
The legs kept me, perfect tan and shape,
Then you actually listen to the both of them the reviews are perfect 👍
Unbelievable, at that price. Fantastic.
@@NautiStyles I heard about 10% of the boat value every year. Is that a correct assumption?
Don't forget about where you will dock and if live aboard is permitted!
To buy a dock is a major expense!
Perhaps it would be better to buy the dock first and lease it out until you find the boat you want.
JIM
@@christianmillet9901 That is what experts say, yes. $80k per year just in maintenance fees for this boat (compared to a condo of the same value $12k maintenance fees, whereby the condo corporation does all maintenance for you). My estimate is that this is 10 times more expensive option that a condo of equal value.
I'm wondering how you get up to the overhead hatches in the cabins in case is emergency. I don't see any hanging ladders or anything.
After watching Victoria walk up the stairs...all I can say was there a boat there somewhere?
Great walk thru, Kids!! Always fun to watch and see what you guys are doing!! Thanks!!!
More to come! pretty cool Brand New Mikelson next Sat 🙌🏻
No lower helm, that's not usable for med or baltic (too hot or too cold) but great for a boat to live on
perfect for California or Florida 🙌🏻
@@NautiStyles: With all due respect m'lady, a single helm on the fly-bridge would totally suck in Northern Calif. I've sailed the length of the west coast of N.America from Cabo to Alaska several times, and weather north of San Francisco can turn bone chilling cold at any given time of year. This particular vessel is what us old salts call a "Fair Weather Yacht".
That's probably why the Fly Bridge had that climate control vent (7:27). Looks like the Fly Bridge can be enclosed, too.
Still, I was surprised there was no lower helm.
Found your channel ... love your extensive yet relaxed boat tours. Excellent content. Thank you.
Welcome aboard! Thank you so much
You really need to be looking at something like this for yourselves. Lol. Victoria has a new outfit on and looking fresh for every video. Where do you keep all the clothes? 🤷♂️
thanks, let's just say I'm very resourceful when it comes to storage. lol
Beautiful boat and a great deal. Someone will have a lot of fun with that boat.
Ohh Great Hi good Morning from Uk bright and Sunny Ilee Be back Later just catching up lol hugs tc xxx
Hi Tony! 👋🏻
Rico......you are such a lucky guy be with this intelligent and pretty lady who dresses so right. Good luck to both.
Lol
hahahaha, you really made me laugh with that! See when you find that special "one", you just know it! :-))
I'd like to see Rico get some attention too... Some slow motion of him sashaying down the dock, with his theme song from Gerardo playing... "Ri-co... Suave-aaay". David, I'm with you on that, my vote is for the vertical, blue-striped one-piece 😉
I bet the Captain loves to hear "Nice Johnson!".
WOW... pretty awesome. Only a couple of things could be updated but over all... super nice.
We agree!
Almost makes your imagination think it can fold down into the hull.Very intrigued with this one
Ha thats an interesting thought 🤔😝 see you tomorrow! Its a good one
@@NautiStyles I sure hope so as I really dont want to miss you tomorrow.🤓🤓🤓
J aime beaucoup tes video merci pour le partage bonne continuité bravo
Close to convincing myself that selling the house and buying this is the right thing to do .
😂😜 welcome to the liveaboard club!
I'd sell my firstborn, but he is 21 and bigger than me...
Very nice yacht. Living on this is a romantic idea but I need a place for my cars, my gym and all of my goodies. Nice to have thus floating beside a lovely home with a short jaunt to the ocean.
I don't know what is it she has but its impossible not to have crush after watching her videos.
Love that hair. .no enough to grasp, bit workable.
🙈💙 oooh that’s very kind
@@NautiStyles its more kind to receive heart from you(blue & red). I m definitely keeping screen shot. Thanks and keep more videos coming ❤️
Accent, attitude, face, body, legs....etc....lol
Absolutely stunning woodwork! This boat has more storage than my three-bedroom house I'm currently renting!
