One of the best ME/CFS success stories I've heard! Very helpful practical tips for day-to-day. Been struggling for decades with it, even knowing about the mindbody phenomenon since 2021. I am trying to sort out where I'm missing something and when she said how she would literally talk to her brain all day, it really struck me. I have felt stuck in a chronic pain loop and the brain feels overwhelmed, engulfed, and so it creates fatigue to keep me safe and living small.

Great story! So inspiring and helpful. She mentioned someone named Rebecca that she took a course from. Do you know Rebecca’s last name? I would like to look her up. Thanks.

Great interview. I personally struggle between being firm or forcing it while doing graded exposure. Can anyone explain this a bit better to me maybe with Some examples? Much appreciated.
