I have the kit for 1107. It starts fine then will stall. I started over with factory settings L 1:3/8 H 1 7:8 , did this over 4 times. Triple check spacing on the diaphragm it's perfect. So it will run good stall, I will pinch idel L side . It will sound great then tap throttle then it will bog down And sometime idle . Or stall. When I adjust the main idle it will be high idle. I just can't seen to get it 100% Plus it's a new long block . New gaskets . Fuel prim is always full it it getting fuel. 25:1

U never want to stretch the metering spring! You just changed the popoff pressure! You can slightly bend the tab up or down if needed (only slightly) then retest popoff psi with proper pump
Great information! I asked walbro if they will make the spiral diaphragm for the WJ71 and they said, "The wj71 is slated to be tested but not at this time" I hope it comes out soon cuz I really want 1, I'll be running E85 as I've said and this would help ALOT

No I have not but maybe pure E-85 in the future??? I’m happy with Ethanol free Cam-2 💯 octane fuels for now on everything I run but if someday it’s gone ?? I will have to change my setup. Methanol and E85 will kill our fuel lines and grommets but there easy to replace so I’m not worried if I have to change up but for now I love ❤️ my CAM-2 100 octane plus I so love the smell up it . Wished they had cologne out there that smells like my cam2 with Amsoil Dominator oil lmao 🤣
@@BOTAJELL Hell yeah, we run CAM 2 and dominator in the 2 stroke dirtbikes and sometimes castor, best smell in the world. My buddy runs methanol in his racecar, with the timing and the airfuel ratio set right they make more power and run cooler. But I guess it wouldn't be worth the headache for what you get out of an alcohol setup on a baja when you can run racefuel like cam2 and get close to the same performance. Keep on braapin' !

Bryce David it will help a lot longer then others but it’s NOT permanent it’s still short term or should I say longer term lol 😝 but it’s Not permanent! Plus still no gains like you would get from using this new Walboro spiral Diaphragm . This will give you a better boost in acceleration and if you continue to use that new great stabilizer fuel conditioner and improver it will save your fuel lines and grommets a lot longer !! Every carburetor I got that will fit this will have one of these new upgrades from walboro

I'm going to need a new engine soon anyways. 5 yrs with the stock 23cc and she's finally starting to loose compression. I'll keep running her for now, but this was great info and something I may have to order if I can't find ethanol free gas. Question. Is CAM2 too much octane for the stock engine? That I can get all day here in Indianapolis.

How does the WYK28B 007 run with r/c. I have a powerboats and it makes it run beast mode. I also have an original tillotson HS 9. Never ran till yet. Don't have the correct adapter plus I aint sure how to mess with it. I like how its 🇺🇸 made and the old time quality 👌
I don't run cars/trucks anymore since i got into flying, will this upgrade work with my gas engines? I have DLE 55 engines with Walbro carbs. I believe my carbs are the same as a WT-664, WT-918, VVRC-40
Yes sir ANY ?’s ZEEEEEAAH 😜💥💥💥 plus the Ethanol can’t do shit to it only your grommets and fuel lines and some filters will eventually get eaten up lol 😂! The past diaphragms were the worst for this ethanol issue we have . But even if you live in Europe where the fuel ⛽️ is the best to use , it will be great to upgrade to this new diaphragm just for the better boost and acceleration

Talking of metering springs botajell, I have a rooster tail FM 990 on a 30 degrees north 38cc. Mid and too are great but bogs down and wants to stall under very low. Would you recommend a softer spring ?
Yes if you want to . Just make sure you get the other gaskets aswell for your carburetor that’s ethanol resistant plus your bulb aswell . Just get everything from ddm or email walbro

Cam 2 💯 octane can be used in stock and modified engines of many different sizes No Worries!

Yes it will depending on what carburetor your using ! You should check with Walboro first and let them know what carburetor you’re using. 💥🤝
