We all know what happen if baron command an aircraft carrier, it one word.

So Baron sent 3 dive bombers squadrons + 3 torpedo bombers squadrons. In each squadrons there is 3 aircraft. In each aircraft there is 2 people, a pilot and a navigator. So 6*3*2=36. So Baron sent 36 young mens to their death in High seas because he forgot to recover'em

You should really play the second mission, it gets more complex, you Need to carefully choose your escort, use your escort's skills, place your crew in the right place, place your officiers in the right rooms to get the best out of them. Use orders, manage your cooldown. Counter ennemy attacks, hide in storms, conduct ground bombing strikes and manage more carefully your deck. The second mission is awesome, really better than the first one and it shows better the potential of the game.

Baron is so bad at commanding the ship it's hilarious.
They wouldn't ready the bombers until their own scouts identify targets. The Japanese made that mistake at midway and were bombed with munitions on the deck.

Loved the video BaronVonGames! I remember seeing Raptor play this on one of his streams/vods on his channel and this is a game that has as much potential as the U.S. Navy had of winning the war after Midway! I may have my qualms about certain aspects (namely the fact that American Aircraft worked in flights of Four and not Three), but this definitely needs more attention.
Possible Upgrades, well, the Name for one I feel like you named it "Sprinkles Yacht" just "for the memes" as the saying goes. Since this is a Lexington-class Aircraft Carrier I've got three possible names to change it to:
1). USS Concord (Battles of Lexington and Concord were actually battles at Armories of the Minutemen, leading to the creation of the second amendment)
2). USS Constitution (Famous Frigate from the American Revolution which is still a museum ship if I'm remembering correctly)
3). USS Constellation (The Originally planned name for the Lexington prior to the First London Naval Treaty of 1922 (I think I'm remembering that correctly) since the Lexington and Saratoga were originally planned as Battlecruisers from the first world war).
Secondly, your Escort fleet should consist of Cruisers and Destroyers, it shouldn't be until much later in the game when your coming up on the Guadalcanal Campaign or earlier than that, at Midway, that you get access to Battleships within you escort fleet. Just get some Light or Heavy Cruisers and maybe half a dozen Destroyers for your Escort fleet and you should be good to go, provided that the game would allow for such a size. For this period, you'll need either Brooklyn-class Light or Atlanta-class Light Anti-Aircraft Cruisers and Pensacola, Northampton, Portland, New Orleans-class Heavy Cruisers and the USS Wichita as the Cleveland-class Light Cruisers shouldn't be available until after the Battle of Midway along with the Fletcher-class Destroyers and the Baltimore-class Heavy Cruisers shouldn't be available until April 1943. As I said before, the Fletcher-class Destroyers shouldn't be available until after the Battle of Midway, so for Destroyers you have your choice of Farragut, Porter, Mahan, Gridley, Bagley, Somers, Benham, Sims, Benson and Gleaves-class Destroyers.
The last thing to upgrade for now is your crew as they are the heart and soul of your ship. More crew generally means you have most, if not all, stations manned.
As I said before, Loved the video Baron and I hope to see more of Aircraft Carrier Survival on the channel soon!

Edit: the potato thing was when an allied supply ship got attacked by a japanese sub and the supply ship threw potatoes and the submarine crew thought it was grenades and was too busy throwing the potatoes away instead of attacking

1:20 So the mission is to Sail into the Coral sea "Try" to find the carrier fleet but ultimately you won't for some time even though you have multiple opportunities to find them, you sink one of their mini carriers but they will severely Damage your carriers and scuttle one of them. God Speed.
