It's a bit of both Marcel and Fredrik, Fredrik plays all the solos of course. On some of the songs Marcel plays the rhythm guitar as well.

Correct, the songs was recorded with a drum machine. Jamie came in later in the band after the album was already recorded. Jamie plays though on the 4 bonus tracks available on the later issue of the CD and on the digital platforms when the band revisited some demos in 2012.
