Dude, Thank You So Much! This was awesome. I didn't use it for full screen, but for a sprite, but it really helped me get my head around graph shaders and the concept of glitch effects.
For anyone struggling to set up Full Screen Renderer Feature thing: First make sure you are on unity 2022.2 version or later (like Binary Lunar mentioned in another comment). If you are first time unity user like me, don't assume your unity app/project are the latest cuz by default the LTS 2021 is installed. So make sure you have installed 2022.2 version or above. And then, Edit tab - project settings - doube click "graphics" - double click "scriptable render pipeline settings" - double click "renderer list" - click "add renderer feature" at the bottom - select "full screen renderer..." - three dots settings button "show additional options tick ✓" - Set pass index to "Blit" and wow, unity is a pain for beginner Don't know why the options are buried in sooo much deep ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@@BinaryLunar i render to texture anyways - because psx style - so i just manipulate this render texture with Yours glitch effect. It works on webgl, no need to use fullscreen effect in my case.
