Sir, can you argue "High pitched" assessments for 100% stay on orders under 144 as the 20% is ridiculously high.
Also if ao reject stay, can the 100% stay order be appealed with cit for ex party until apeal disposed off.

My case is different please read 46lakhs ka demand notice aya hi 2014-15 ka 26.5lakhs deposits+25lakhs ka fd not in our account but they are showing transactions with our pan card in another person account we always say to ito ihis transaction are not ours and show our bank statement but ito says that another account is also ours how can we fd 2500000 in another person account we reply many times but he didn't accept and gave 46lakhs penalty order now how can we prove another account is not us he use our pan card and deposit 26.5lakhs in his account in a span of 15 days in 8 transactions and done fd 25 lakhs in his account how can we appeal and come out of this please help me this pan crad holder is my wife she is a White card holder and the account is dwakra mahila account she doesn't use her account
