Formula itna easy hota toh sabhi log factory khol lete. Design parameters kaafi saare hote hain. sirf secondary wire change karne se output power nhi badhta. Dono winding change hoga ek saath.

sir changes karne se pehle yeh kitne volt aur amp ka output deta hai. aur changes karne ke baad yeh kitne volt aur amp ka output deta hai .har input terminal par. ispar vdo bana dijiye aur samjhaiye.

That's the formula to calculate Turns Per Volt. 7.5 is always devided with area for any transformer
Its the simplified formula by taking lot of assumed value of transformer parameters. For specific design this value wont work. It takes nearly half an hour to design and redesign the prototype transformer including the size of core to be used. Neither you can use smaller core nor bigger core. First rough design estimate is used, then keep on optimizing the design to get maximum efficiency.
