Darkest greetings. How can one send you a tale to report upon? Think I might have a personal account that could change your perception on the demonic and occult....
Have you ever covered stories from Superstition Mountains? Some people think that it's most drug deals and cover ups out there but some of the stuff is very scary too.
As a member of the guild of wizard cosmetologists I'd just like to inform everyone that no, wizard clip is not a place wizards go to get their hair cut.
I’d also never heard of this case before! Thanks for the introduction and for the book recommendation. And double thanks for the warning about animal cruelty. 😢❤
I grew up in Jefferson County and visit my family there often. On most occasions I drive through Middleway on what are considered back roads. I recognized a lot of the places in the pictures. I'm very surprised I never knew this story. However it does explain some of the signs along the road that include crescent moons. It's still a quiet little farming town. Along what I would consider "main street" a lot of older homes (1700-1800) still stand. Although some have begun to sag.
I'm so grateful of randomly stumbling across this channel on accident.. just dropping hits after hits.. like the new drake of the paranormal/true horror platform of TH-cam. Thank you sir. I'm here for it
Thank you so much for the warning relating to the animals. I was able to move away from that. I thoroughly enjoy your videos. I have only just found your channel but am binging through the content :) keep it coming, your story telling is a true art form :) love a scary story :)
Damn!! This was a good one!!! That voice was demons man!! Can't believe I've never heard this one anywhere before!? I definitely wanna look more into this one! Another story you've got to do is whatever the hell just happened at the Bayside Miami Mall!? I know this story is still developing cuz it seems it's being silenced right now but I would love to hear your spin on it!! Again fantastic story telling keep the Tapes coming my friend!!
Great storytelling from the very beginning. The historical and cultural context is great. And I have had very few paranormal experiences, but one I did have was while camping in the Berkshire Mountains in Massachusetts. While sleeping in a tent, my girlfriend at the time (now wife), a total, complete cynic, and I, twice heard what sounded like horses galloping right past our spot, along with some kind of screeching/screaming. It was terrifying and never explained. We don't really talk about it ever.
I have been reading about Hauntings and the Paranormal for almost 30 years, since I was about 6 or 7, and this is one I have never heard of. VERY well done! I would LOVE an in-depth discussion of the Warrens from a balanced and unbiased perspective. And I would love the same on The Snedecker Haunting (Haunting in Connecticut). Also would love to hear about Cryptids, like The Jersey Devil and The Beast of Bray Road, etc.
So my rough plan with the warrens is to tackle a few more of their bigger cases as individual videos and then I might do a mammoth Warren retrospective but that will be later in the year (if I can pull it off, lots to cover)
@@TheTapeLibrary Definitely a TON to cover, especially with your level of research and detail; it would make a really great Milestone Video at some point in the future though!
@@TheTapeLibrary I would absolutely love to see more of the warrens casees but even more so id love to see a vid about them. Im just not sure how i feel about them, its like they did some really good shit but at the same time it seems their motives were strictly selfish and purely for their own gain, then again isnt everybodies? So I'd really love to hear more about other cases and mebbe other stuff they were involved in so that hopefully i can finally see for myself just what their angle is...
My opinion is that something happened here but it's been highly embellished along the way. I believe in the paranormal but i dont blindly believe and there are manu questionable things that happened here, especially when you consider that its being documented mainly from religious perspectives who will always try to make themselves and their religion look superior to all others. Great content 😊
As if aetheism - which is also 100% a religion - doesn't set itself up as superior over every other belief system, with extreme arrogance, hatred and scorn on open display towards ANYONE who may believe differently! You've certainly got no room to judge others, dear Hypocrite!
You're currently batting two out of two - the first two videos of yours I've watched, both dealt with topics I was completely unfamiliar with, and after the many years I've spent researching weirdness, it's a beautiful moment when I stumble across new weirdness. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. As impoverished as I am I can still afford to like, SUBSCRIBE, and let you know how impressed I am so far. Again, thank you!
Happy New Year!! This story is fascinating and I don't remember hearing about it before. I grew up in Virginia and you'd think I'd know it! Thanks for telling it so well. As I mentioned I grew up playing in the woods of Northern Virginia, USA and there were two "urban legends" we feared the most...The BunnyMan and The GoatMan. it would be great to hear you tell the Bunnyman story. I have enjoyed your videos so much and you always bring something new to tired old tales. Much success in 2024!! Here's to 100k!!!
I have never heard of the Bunny Man but I lived in Yuma,AZ where the Cocopah Indians not only know of the Goatman but smell him and I knew of a couple who had an experience with him and now both are dead. My father was born in Adams, TN where EVERYONE knows about the Bell Witch which was a true story. Love your channel and stories 😊
When i was a kid (8 or 9), I used to be scared of sleeping in my room alone. At first, it was just an uneasy feeling. Over time, it grew to be actual fear. Then the knocking on the window began. It was three taps each time. Even the two cats i had would occasionally stare at the walls and ceilings. One corner in particular. They would sometimes hiss and growl. And their tails would puff up, as if they were frightened. Other things happened. And what my mom told me when i got older really freaked me out. Maybe i should write the story down and send it in, lol.
I've just found your channel 2 days ago and I just love it! Fascinating! The Sallie House vid at the end gave me some serious chills and I couldn't forget it.
Happy New Year, wishing every happiness and success for The Tape Library crew for 2024. Producing such high quality content for a little channel is brilliant, I hope many more subscribers join the channel as a great way to pay off your hard work and consistency. A video on UK Cryptids being spotted (Old Stinker etc) would be good if possible?. We don’t get very many UK based stories or sightings and subject is a bit inundated with American Cryptids like Bigfoot etc. Also maybe Army/police/first responders encounters with the paranormal either documented cases or viewer stories. Thank you so much again for all your hard work. It’s very much appreciated 🙏🏻👍🏻.
Just found your channel today and i love it. Never heard this story before anywhere. Thank you for doing it so well by taking into consideration both sides of the story and the religious beliefs of those involved. Even taking all the aforementioned away, it is still a very strange story. Loved it

Holy crap, I live in Jefferson county WV and I literally used to be a TV ghost hunter camera man and a ghost tour guide, and I have never heard this before! Thank you for the information, I just happen to be working in films these days and now I have to look deeper into this and see if we can pitch a movie about it!
@invisible.fatman Ha, well a few months ago anyways, not quite 3 years. No, I didn't intend to write this myself, I was going to pitch the idea to my higher ups for a series of horror flicks they envisioned we'd be making this year. Unfortunately, that ship sailed without me. :( I shant be bringing this amazing story to the big screen. I hope somebody else does though. That said, I actually DO have a fat stack of paperwork here for a card game I've been developing for a few years. :) Its almost ready for publishing, I'm just sorting out official art first. So at least I've got that project going for me.
Thank you for your video! I grew up near Wizard Chip and returned there today for a funeral. It has been a long time since I heard the story and I’m glad to have found your video on it.
I have been following your channel since you were with 28K subscribers, seeing how you gained to 40K really amazes me on how far you can reach! I hope we get to hear more of your hard work 🙃 Sincerely, Your Fan!😄
Awesome channel really. I've heard about most paranormal events but not this one. Impressive to say the least. Kudos to you for amazing content. And thank you! Edit: I literally am getting goosebumps starting this video!
Lovely to see! Starting to notice people having their own little debates with each other as well on older videos. Obviously, comments help me out with youtube pushing the channel. But more-so I just really love to see people discussing this stuff and hearing their opinions on it all.
I love this channel and your voice is amazing, I could listen to you all day. How about covering the ghost of Berkeley Square? It's sonething that's always fascinated me.
Amazing videos, you deserve all the support. I’ve watched only one video of you, and that was enough to make me subscribe. Happy to be a new subscriber!!
new sub here for the spooky stories and thorough reporting. Your production value is incredible and your narrating is so smooth and clear. Would love to hear ghost stories from around the world, like your vid on Japanese folklore. Maybe you could do a series on it?
I'm an American and I've never heard of this tale, thank you for sharing! I have 2 recommendations for possible future stories: Leap Castle in Ireland and the Calvados Haunting in France. Both truly terrifying paranormal phenomenoms. Would love for you to do a video on these two hauntings!
Brilliant, man. Love the beta max vcr style tracking distortion. Nice deep cut on the story. A lesser known Bell Witch sort of thing. Look forward to more.
Ive only just found your channel today, and im hooked! Ive been watching all day! Houska castle so far has been my favorite. Cant help but want to go investigate some of these myself. Lol!
This was most entertaining! I'm from NY and I love all the stories from the settlers. To imagine the lives of these families and the hardships they delt with always humbles me. TY.
Candle and a cup of coffee… Wonderful storytelling. Very in-depth with the historian back drop to all the information, makes this channel stand out above the rest. Thank you
I have only been subscribed to your channel for a few weeks,so have a lot to catch up on,l have to say your channel is excellent and so professionally delivered! I love it.!
Aaah, I have a few stories I would LOVE for you to do! Your voice is extremely relaxing to me and helps me settle down. The two stories: Savannah, Georgia. The haunted history about the town. It’s truly intriguing to learn about. And the second one, is Lake Lanier, in Georgia as well. There’s so much that has been hidden from the public about the secret town before lake Lanier had flooded it. The history is wild shall we say. Lake Lanier, flooded a town back then in the day.
Happy New Year's 🎉.. just wanted to let you know you've Very quickly become one of my top 3 favorite creators 🤙🤙I now find myself looking forward to your new videos and just an FYI the other 2 are The Why Files & Mrballen... I'm so grateful that your channel popped up in my recommended! Great content!!! Thanks for the time and effort your so obviously pour into your videos. You more than earned my subscription!!! ❤😊
I’d like to see video from you about the Bunnyman Bridge & maybe Chinese or just Asian in general haunting. So many interesting stories I’ve heard from China, Japan, Korea, Indonesia ect… that I’d love to have you cover.
Great content and my suggestion is more paranormal stories from the uk or Europe in general I know you’ve done a few these interest me more because I’m from the uk like yourself and most on TH-cam are generally just from America
I think a lot of the big american cases have so much more information which makes them a little easier to cover. I do plan to try and keep the channel as international as possible though. Mostly so people can shout at me for me for mispronouncing place names.
I think i heard this story before. Ive heard of similar ones. This is the sane story! I haven't heard of this in forever! It was in a book if hauntings at the library i went to. One of my favorites!
I am a new subscriber, so far I am loving it, this poltergeist story , wow, I encourage more of these types, so many haunted castles , any story from the past is fantastic. Thank you😊
Happy new year! Don’t forget, let me know what you want to see from the channel in 2024 :)

Another great story covered by you with your amazing boys thank you again for this channel it is my new favorite
Awesome as always brother. I’ve never heard about this haunting before. Definitely a good one. Keep up the great work 🤙
Holy crap, I live in Jefferson county WV and I literally used to be a TV ghost hunter camera man and a ghost tour guide, and I have never heard this before! Thank you for the information, I just happen to be working in films these days and now I have to look deeper into this and see if we can pitch a movie about it!
That is awesome!
John, if you are serious, I will send you a copy of the book.
That would be wonderful! Thank you so much for offering!@@michaelkishbucher6839
Would love to star in said movie
I hope we get to hear more of your hard work 🙃
Sincerely, Your Fan!😄
Read devil in the white city last year! Don’t tend to cover much true crime but could make an exception here as it’s such an interesting story.
Awesome channel really. I've heard about most paranormal events but not this one. Impressive to say the least. Kudos to you for amazing content. And thank you!
Edit: I literally am getting goosebumps starting this video!
That’s what I like to hear! Thank you
Well researched and narrated, hope to see more of your work, thank you.
Never heard this one before thanks for covering it.
This channel and narration are both incredibly impressive and important! Please continue forever! Linda, CT
the amount of comments on this one is absolutely incredible compared to the last few videos. well done.😊
Lovely to see! Starting to notice people having their own little debates with each other as well on older videos. Obviously, comments help me out with youtube pushing the channel. But more-so I just really love to see people discussing this stuff and hearing their opinions on it all.
I’m from West Virginia and have never heard this before! Thanks for sharing this story!
I love this channel and your voice is amazing, I could listen to you all day. How about covering the ghost of Berkeley Square? It's sonething that's always fascinated me.
Great suggestion!
I would love a video about the Boleskine House!
Was discussing this idea with someone in the comments on another video, I’d love to do a giant Crowley episode at some point
Amazing videos, you deserve all the support. I’ve watched only one video of you, and that was enough to make me subscribe. Happy to be a new subscriber!!
Just found your channel and it's refreshing to hear a tale I've not heard before, I'm hoping to binge watch your channel this weekend
new sub here for the spooky stories and thorough reporting. Your production value is incredible and your narrating is so smooth and clear. Would love to hear ghost stories from around the world, like your vid on Japanese folklore. Maybe you could do a series on it?
Thank you so much! Definitely considering that
More paranormal stories from around the world would be great! Especially the ones that sound like they could have actually happened.
Thank you! Been a few castle suggestions, maybe a video on haunted castles in general could be on the cards.
Sounds great, keep up the good work!@@TheTapeLibrary
Brilliant, man. Love the beta max vcr style tracking distortion. Nice deep cut on the story. A lesser known Bell Witch sort of thing. Look forward to more.
Much appreciated!

Thank you for putting the animal cruelty warning and time stamp :) you're definitely one of my top favorite story channels
Thanks!
This was most entertaining! I'm from NY and I love all the stories from the settlers. To imagine the lives of these families and the hardships they delt with always humbles me. TY.
Very informative. I enjoy the exploration of history's events.
Candle and a cup of coffee… Wonderful storytelling. Very in-depth with the historian back drop to all the information, makes this channel stand out above the rest. Thank you
Officially my new favorite channel

Hope you enjoyed it!
Love WV hauntings, we got mothman and a few other things but people don’t realize how much creepy stuff happens here.
I know it’s been done to death but I still really want to cover Mothman at some point
He’s a big deal here lol. We have the flatwoods monster too, that one doesn’t have nearly as much coverage as mothman though
👤 (please pretend that this is a Mothman emoji)
I also live in West Virginia
Happy New year! Loving your videos! 👻
Same to you!
Been binge listening to this show all week in my tattoo studio. Awesome channel

Hey, love your vids
Maby do another one of the Warren's like the Arne Johnson case
Much love
got a few warren related ones already in the pipeline :)
Extremely chuffed to see new uploads and watch this fantastic channel and subscriber count grow. ❤
Me too!

For the algorithm! ❤ brilliant documentary 👏 ..... love the love you put into this channel ❤️
Thank you!
I've just just discovered you.
(What an excellent channel)
🙂👍❤️
Just found your channel today feb 25 and love it. Your voice is soothing to listen too and love the content
Glad you enjoy it!
Very interesting. I had never heard of that haunting. 😃👍👍❤️
