A complete n00b question.. but I have Photoshop 7.0 and can not find the Quick Selection Tool. The one available for me does not let me select the entire 'body' like you're doing. What am I doing wrong?

I really loves the effect and enjoy the tutorial, although i followed the instructions but i cant make it even 70% beautiful as the tutorial did. I think the main problem is i am not familiar with the brush tool and it does make difference at last.
