After battling the Director, you basically get all of the rival data but you can't start another quest on the same save for the 3rd time (could be speculated that the place probably got closed down). It even explains why Director decided to not make any Bomberman Land theme parks anymore, ironically enough he never appeared in the DS Land Touch games despite his nickname calls him the "Bungling Bomberman Land Founder" for nothing.
