Wish Canada had a trader Joes. We have health food stores but they are just way too over priced.

TJ always gets me with their plants. I also buy fresh flowers there every time I go. It’s the only store I can get my kids to go with me. They love the mochi too!

How have you managed to not have dyes? I also have a toddler and buy dye free where I can but I feel like to achieve no red 40 etc I would drive myself crazy reading labels 🥴 any advice appreciated!
I really do just scan everything we buy for the nasty food dyes lol. And mostly shopping for his snacks at Trader Joe’s helps greatly!
