    It’s interesting to observe the difference in how truth is perceived in Denmark. In Scandinavia, there seems to be an expectation that trust is given in the workplace but must be earned socially, particularly by outsiders. This contrasts sharply with what I’ve observed in many other cultures, where the opposite is often true. I suspect that the homogeneity, both in the workplace and socially, in Scandinavian societies-what some might call a form of tribalism-plays a significant role in this dynamic. It’s something I believe many Scandinavians may not even notice given that they see themselves as a collective that is open, welcoming, friendly as the video mentions.
