When you’re a mom kids will always be your babies. Doesn’t matter if they’re 2 or 21. I have a daughter and cannot imagine how that made her feel. She’s an awesome mom and a damn hard worker

Then sold 6 years later.

I used to work for spirit airlines. Doing the same ramp job as this video. I can tell you *100 PERCENT* that its your manager that makes the job. I was lucky enough to have a manager that's similar to this beautiful soul here, and he pushed me to be the best I could during my time at that job.
That being said, I've seen other contracts have terrible managers and have a horrible time throughout. It's an extremely stressful job and who is around you and managing you is a huge impact.
This lady deserves everything she's gotten from this CEO and more. What a great human being.
Also we had a 3 min turnaround time to clean, 7 is a blessing.
She's SUPER PRODUCTIVE -- she is saving tons of money for Frontier. Damn -- she needs to be a manager.

To think you're bringing your family to a better situation from a horrible one and still suffer the same fate must be an unimaginable feeling. I can't imagine the pain and guilt this woman went through. She is so much stronger and braver than I would be. A little late in seeing this, but I'd try and hug the pain away from her if I could.
You know in the past I haven't heard anything good about Frontier airlines, but after watching this video okay if I get the opportunity to fly that airline I'm going to do it.

This is what greatness looks like.
This rather renewed my faith in Frontier Airlines. As a corporate travel advisor, I deal as a “go-between” with passengers and airline’s daily. Frontier is one of those airlines I tend to steer passengers away from. They are extremely difficult to contact and on the extraordinarily rare occasions i am able to reach someone, they are usually neither friendly nor accommodating. I might be more inclined now to try their services after watching this video.

A little research shows Frontier obtained Andre's plane as N209FR (Andre the Pronghorn Antelope) but then sold it 6 years later to AirAsia India and redesignated (and repainted) as VT-CCU. Touching idea but 0 loyalty to Sue and the rest of the workers.
6 years though....... business is still business.
Maybe she left the company or someone else sold it, it's not like the ceo is involved with every detail or maybe they did a new plane
