I have 4c coarse hair too so to answer your question on how to grow your hair, just leave it alone lol protective styles (braids, twists, etc.) and leaving them in for a few weeks at a time helped my hair grow so much. btw I go to pv too so I really enjoy your vlogs

I also have very thick 4c hair that I struggled with growing but recently I have been able to finally grow my hair past my shoulders. I've had so many protective styles but most of them didn't really grow my hair for some reason.
