Would like you to include the Beretta 92 system and the FN 5.7 pistol in another video. I think they're both the same recoil system but having someone explain it helps.
Interesting. Even though the maxim design is much older than the long stroke piston or direct impingement, it seems much more complicated. Also, very nice explanation and graphics. It made it very clear.

Did short recoil system just create a condition which has enough time to drop the pressure down then eject the cartridge? But blowback action doesn't create such time gap to drop down the pressure? Is that mean blowback will be faster to load like few milliseconds?
What causes the barrel to start moving rearward when the round is fired? Isn't this one of the most basic fundamentals of short recoil? Yet you didn't explain why or how the barrel starts moving to start the whole system cycling

An if ur ammo is old or dirty the rust will in bed in the chamber an cause the round to stick in the chamber.
