- In light of everything going on with this song I thought I’d share the demo I made on a plane ride to Chicago. Kinda sounds like an Annie Lennox “No More I Love You’s” rip off which I liked. Hadn’t quite figured the lyrics yet. Ended up being End of Beginning. Cheers to ya 🌱

Me and my fiance went to see djo in Chicago before Lollapalooza. we found the album twenty twenty and knew we had to see them. While waiting at the bar for the show we were curious what the band looked like and to our surprise it was the Stanger Things guy! They also debuted end of beginning that night!

Ever since Roddy, Djo has held a special spot in my heart. But DECIDE really cemented that. It came out at the exact right time in my life and it was on repeat for a solid year, and now I play it whenever I need to feel joy or to let out some tears. I love your music Djo! i truly cannot put into words what this song means to me. i think i first heard it in.. october 2022? and i Imprinted on it dude. it had me so full of serotonin one moment and absolutely bawling the next, and it still does, it's been my most listened to song on spotify 2 years in a row. it's honestly a little embarrassing how much i've listened to this song. nothing has ever captured a feeling so perfectly before. glad to hear it's blowing up, i had no idea. at least now when i gush about it to anyone who shows any mild interest they'll know what i'm talking about. song of the decade i think, it's gonna be a part of my core identity for the rest of my life probably

it's really not surprising to me that this song is blowing up it's crazy good, like the production the lyrics the vibe everythingggg but like I'm also so surprised because in december i was like okay i need a song to do a storybased music video for, (for a portfolio) and when i was looking through my playlists, (and this song is in A LOT of my playlists) i was like okay this would be perfect,!and now exaclty as I'm finished with it, the song is starting to go viral?? 😭 like this is such a cool coincedence, but also damm if that demo came out a little earlier i mightve been able to integrate it into the video T.T oh well, i'm still happy with how it cam out and that more people are starting to appreciate this masterpiece of a song so it all works out hehe

thank you for this!!! when I first heard it from the album, I remember feeling so much nostalgia and longing for this one city I lived in and I couldn't help but cry. It was funny bc my favorite from the album is easily On and On, and I love vibing to it and then suddenly this follows, which somehow wrecked and comforted me. I can't even explain the roller coaster of emotions I went through hahahaha Even though I have never been to Chicago or in the US my whole life, we all have the one city/location we can relate to this song and how it feels to long for it and also know you somehow have to let go of. At least that's the case for me. Sometimes, it's not even a location that I relate to this song but a specific time/year in my life. Thank you for gifting us with your music!
