    RetroPie allows you to turn your Raspberry Pi, ODroid C1/C2, or PC into a retro-gaming machine. It builds upon Raspbian, EmulationStation, RetroArch and many other projects to enable you to play your favourite Arcade, home-console, and classic PC games with the minimum set-up. For power users it also provides a large variety of configuration tools to customise the system as you want.
    RetroPie sits on top of a full OS, you can install it on an existing Raspbian, or start with the RetroPie image and add additional software later. It's up to you.

    Wow! Thanks man! This setup is awesome! Just bought an RP3B+ and was very disapointed with the looks of the PS1 games but with this setup they look as I remembered :) I also added the Video Smoothing filter in the config menu 👍🏻

    It seems to have a big effect on 3d games, in comparison to 2d, thats pretty cool.

      It's definitely worth it if your into retro games. It's tiny as well so easy to pack up and move around with.

    Mate this tutorial is class!! Thankyou for sharing 👌🏻 quick question - if I do what you say from retro arch within a game - will it save the configuration to all the ps1 games or just that one ?

    the select + triangle option isnt working for me, any other option?

    • @taylonjudd923
      @taylonjudd923 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It's Your mapped Hotkey (whatever you mapped as your hotkey when setting up the controller in retropie- they recommend "select") plus the button you mapped as "X" when you set up the controller as well. this takes you to the retroarch menu where you can adjust emulator options.

    • @taylonjudd923
      @taylonjudd923 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      overclock it. it'll help some. also, in the retroarch config menu that he showed under quick menu also, there's the cpu speed, you can adjust that. you want an even 30 fps in psx emulation.
