The reason why some parts you recognise and some parts you don't is because Sawano's soundtracks are NEVER used in it's entirety, and are used bits and pieces in different scenes here and there. The only exception to this rule that I can think of is "EMA" being used in the climax of the Battle of Trost (from when Eren finally picks up the boulder up until Mitabi getting squished; before the scene where Eren starts internally monologuing and "Call Your Name" starts playing). 12:10 is when the Armoured Titan manages to get the Attack Titan to the Wall, and lets out a roar (to signal to Bertholdt), and everything suddenly goes silent in tension about what is about to happen next. 13:37 is when the Colossal Titan comes falling down on Eren, ending the fight.
