I get really sad because my city doesnt have a volleyball team so i cant play, my only chance to start playing is to wait for next year for me to get into highschool because this year some students created a volleyball team but you have to be in highschool to play
What I did was I started my own pickup - I reached out to the local high schools and they are letting me rent their gym on the weekends, we run it once a week and I charge people 5$ per person to cover the rental - first few weeks may be a bit tough to find the numbers but eventually if you stick with it it'll b fine

If you’re burning a lot of calories sugar is a great use for it. Argentina players were addicted to sugar candies when they won the recent world cup
For intense exercise that required sustained cardio, sugar can honestly be pretty helpful, this is competition day not everyday

It's a fault cause the libero is hand setting in the 3m area. He could have done it via bump set than it would be fine.
