Publishing this on the Day for Aditya Pujan (worshipping Sun God), Aditya, Sun is the Devata (God) for Health and Wellness, and Eyesight in particular.
Sun-rise time, is best recommended time to recite the following slokhas. This Mantra should be chanted ideally twelve times in continuation, daily.
If possible you may listen more times to get deeper and faster effect.
Important - remember to follow diet and lifestyle rules in such intense practice. Else it may be harmful.
Method:
Start after taking bath and with empty stomach.
Take a copper tumbler full of water. It should be kept in front while reciting and then on completion, two drops of water should be dropped on each eye, or apply this water on the eyes (allow to dry naturally). The remaining water should be drunk.
The Water is charged by these mantras with phonetic, mechanical vibrations and Electro magnetic charge which has medicinal properties needed to heal eyesight. This water has the potential to cure eye problems.
This practice can be continued for enhancing Health and Wellness.

चाक्षुषोपनिषद् - चाक्षुषी विद्या
ॐ अस्य चाक्षुषी विद्याया । अहिर्बुध्न्य ऋषि: । गायत्री छन्दः ।
सूर्यो देवता । चक्षूरोगनिवृत्तये विनियोगः ।
ॐ चक्षुः चक्षुः चक्षुः तेजः स्थिरो भव । मां पाहि पाहि ।
त्वरितं चक्षूरोगान् शमय शमय । मम जातरूपं तेजो दर्शय दर्शय ।
यथा अहम् अन्धो न स्यां तथा कल्पय कल्पय। कल्याणं कुरु कुरु ।
यानि मम पूर्व जन्म उपार्जितानि चक्षुः प्रतिरोधक दुष्कृतानि सर्वाणि निर्मूलय निर्मूलय । ॐ नमः चक्षुः तेजो दात्रे दिव्याय भास्कराय । ॐ नमः करुणाकरायामृताय । ॐ नमः सूर्याय । ॐ नमः भगवते सूर्याय अक्षितेजसे नमः। खेचराय नमः । महते नमः । रजसे नमः। तमसे नमः । असतो मा सद्गमय । तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय । मृत्योर्मा अमृतं गमय । उष्णो भगवान् शुचिरूपः । हंसो भगवान् शुचिरप्रतिरूपः । य इमां चाक्षुष्मतीविद्यां ब्राह्मणो नित्यं अधीयते। न तस्य अक्षिरोगो भवति । न तस्य कुले अन्धो भवति। अष्टौ ब्राह्मणान् सम्यग् ग्राहयित्वा विद्यासिद्धिर्भवति ।
ॐ विश्वरूपं घृणिनं जातवेदसं हिरण्मयं पुरुषं ज्योतीरूपं तपंतं
सहस्र रश्मिभिः शतधावर्तमानः पुरः प्रजानाम उदयत्येष सूर्यः ।
ॐ नमो भगवते आदित्याय अवाग्वादिने अवाग्वादिने स्वाहा ||
।। श्री कृष्ण यजुर्वेदिय चाक्षुषी विद्या संपूर्णम् ।।
।। श्री सूर्य नारायणम् अर्पणम् अस्तु ।।
