Hi Paul you made that Key change harder than it needed to be, as you stripped both keys apart you didn't need to take the pin out just change over the whole blade , and when you put the spring in you need to twist the spring so it allows for the blade to pop out when button pressed, hope this helps , I have done about 10 of these, when people open them up to change the battery they always forget to set/twist the spring for tension
Oh man.. hope you don't take me wrong but had a laugh on the key replacement.. happened to me too and i changed it twice already!! My suggestion is if the locking bolt does come out from one side try the other. plus if you can reach the spring you can twist it a few time for it to open really fast. Regarding the paint job, try hitting it with a clay-bar prior to polish and in the case you'll see wonders. But hey, for me was a great job and I'll be looking for the next video!! ;D
Amazing job on the van. If you iron detox the paint, rinse, clay with lube, isopropyl alcohol wipe down and mask all plastics it tends to save the pads. Air line to blow of the pads on a single stage is a good idea before moving on to each panel. Pads are expensive. The van looks great and there seems to no end to your talent. Car-chem fog-it machine is awesome for removing nasty smells. Contact Car-chem on FB and see if they will send you one to review on the channel.
You don't have to remove the pin on the key. They interchange when you take the cases apart. I have the bigger van (scudo) and done this before. Made a 30 seconds job look difficult there. Anyway good luck with it. 👍
At the end of this video you mention whats left to do on the van, yet you fail too mention YOU STILL NEED TOO CHANGE THE PLASTIC MOULDING TRIM ON THE SLIDING DOOR AS IT'S TOO NARROW !!!!!! Come on Paul read your last video's comments and take note of what's been said
Wow it came up really white! I never thought it would come up that good. The only slight critisism I have with all your videos is when you handle the camera it can sometimes make viewing uncomfortable as the picture is moving about. Is there a setting you can adjust? Otherwise keep up the good work👍

Tip for the screw, put some silicone grease on the end of the screwdriver then put the screw onto the driver and it will stick

You just gonna ignore the fact you’ve fitted a different variation in sliding door so the mouldings ain’t the same 😂
