Thank you and you’re welcome. Just search ‘PinPoint ORP Meter’ and you’ll be able to get it online. American Marine Supplies makes them. Stan at www.6atools.com also sells them.

I’m borrowing one at the moment. My daughter tipped over the pot of liquid the prob goes into. What else can I use? I do have a sachet of the liquid stuff in box but you said this doesn’t work well.

I recently purchased a Milwaukee 500 Pro orp meter and I don’t get a high negative reading it stays -250. I’ve seen others reach -900

There are other factors at play here. Type of source water, flow rate, mineral level. As a product owner, you can learn more and be further supported in the Enagic® Owners & Distributor Support Group I created: facebook.com/groups/enagickangenwaterdistributors

Thx for the video. My meter is always not accurate. I will try this. Where do I get the storage solution

The amount of meaningless or mis-information in this video is stunning...
The PINPOINT +400 calibration both confirms a uniform measurement scale as well as a properly working, unbroken probe
Then follow the calibration fluid procedure with using the dull side of the polishing strip only on the silver metallic dot at the tip of the probe
You are now ready to measure negative ORP water.

Very interesting comment, especially considering I spoke to the manufacturer ‘American Marine Supply’ and they said all is good.

@@YourKangenWaterGuy I don't think so. My name is Lou Dell and I own American Marine Inc which is the company that makes the PINPOINT ORP Meter. Your comment?

@@ElDell, well I emailed your company and they were baffled as to why the calibration fluid wasn’t working with two probes, one being new. I’ve always had to calibrate with redox storage solution. What I know is, it works when I do it the way I’ve found to do it… Following the steps in the instructions, it doesn’t work, hence why I emailed your company.

@@YourKangenWaterGuy Certainly you can always send the probe and meter back to American Marine for evaluation and we can discover for sure if the problem is the meter, the probe or the user. Your probe may an issue and could be internally broken. Including the internal glass on the new probe.
Calibrating the meter with storage fluid is ludicrous since calibration fluid does not have a reliable single value. Hey, why not use Coca-Cola or tap water to calibrate it?
Although your method works well for you I would not recommend it and perhaps you should seek the reasons why standard calibration with +400 Fluid and polishing the silver tip does not work well for you while it works for everyone else.
Try setting your wristwatch by looking at the sun.
Even a broken clock is correct twice a day but would never recommend it.

@@ElDell thanks Lou, although there is no need to be a ‘smart arse’ about it… Especially considering I’ve tested with two different probes, although had the same experience with other people here in Australia, and have referred many people to purchase your products.
