Spirituality is derivative from the word spirit. We see that although spirit is mentioned as a concept but has no scientific or experiential/realised understanding of spirit the actual "me" in any of the Abrahamic faiths.As as a result, there is no differential understanding between matter (the material body of female and male duality)and (the real me the spirit), which is absolutely quintessential for ones progress in spirituality.One's spiritual blissful form of the spirit "sat" chit "anand" is covered by material consciousness by birth and thus souls is trapped in illusion of identifying oneself as perishable material form is born by one's own self deluding illusion 'moha' in identifying the material self as the real "me" by the agency of his own false ego.Thus covering ones spiritual consciousness into believing onself as a product of matter of 5 material elements and material duality comprising of male and female as real me instead of the spirit which is different from matter.The Soul or the spirt is the blissful spark evolved from the all blissful form of god,therefore goal of spirituality or spirit can only and only be in realizing the experiential ecstasy of lords selfless devotional association , the blissful connection of the spirit with the super soul parmatma, the super spirit or god as we undestand in hinduism is the highest spiritual bliss and goal in hinduism. Self realization is a process of elevation of ones conciousness by which one's material perishable concepts of identifying with ones material self , obsession with the material universe and illusion of heaven /jannaty cheap sexual happiness generated from the experiences of the material world covering ones conciousness is defeated , The conception of sex is available also to goats, buffalos, donkeys and pigs therefore such a cheap thing cannot by the great goal of spirituality .The material body is gifted with sex as a package of illusion for continuance of the illusory material world for further production of illusioned souls as children,Jilted material conciouness conjures up illusion of sex as the goal imposed by more jilted religious beliefs with temptations of jannat and fear of dojak.Those whose consciousness is stunted like an animal cannot understand the difference between matter and spirit, thus unable to liberate his consciousness from the material experience and are unable progress in spirituality. They thus go to hell and take continuous birth in 84 lakhs species of life.Vedas do speak of swarg, islam speaks of jannat, but vedas by process of negation "neti" "not this" declare it as material and nothing to do with spirit or spiritual experience of spirit, ones real self which is the spark experience of biss, a fraction bliss of god, therefore by realizing thus that god himself the supreme and the only blissful goal of the spirit,all material conceptions are defeated and replaced by spiritual ecstacy, the ecstacy god himself experiences and shares with his devotees in his spiritual abode by myriad devotional activities. but abrahamic faiths and so less islam has no means of achievng this spiritual realization nor achieve the blisfull transendental abode of god.
