I was literarily screaming after seeing your TB audit video and it was so helpful for the Audit i will be doing for a company next week. Thanks a lot for all the nuggets and analysis tips. They were so helpful.
Please could you do videos for auditing all line items on the balance sheet?
    Thanks🍀

Nice thanks for the tips! Any advice for running through Tickmarks on workpapers? I always get lost in the sea of Tickmarks!

Thank you much for these useful tips, I am also an auditor and struggled my way to format a client's aging schedule. have not looked at your other videos, but if you don't have a video on how to format a GL detail, can you please educate us on that?

Great job. It will only get better. Also, Alt + H + I + R is a common one for me.

Question, what's the best way for an auditor/accountant to real grasp journal entries and knowing how they affect/impact financial statements across the board (cashflow, balance sheet, tax returns, etc). I really want to get strong in this area. See an entry and know exactly where it will ended up and its affect on the reports. What can I do to sharpen this? Appreciate your insight. Thanks!

Prep a corporate tax return without using QuickBooks. Export the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and GL Detail to excel. From there make your necessary adjustments (manually record journal entries and reference them to/from the right account) and make sure any changes flow from/to the proper account and have the correct ending balance.. Always pay attention to how equity changes as this is usually the last (and most difficult) step.
In short: you can do this if you don't know anything about taxes, but you will need excel and QB. Just make an adjustment in QB...find the changes...then manually do it in excel.
      Hope this helps.

The Gridlines alt+W+VG go away from the entire sheet, how did your data table didn't had any affect?

Alt W J will zoom it to 100%. Of course to adjust it to other zoom%ges, the Alt W Q tab and entering the percentage works great! Could you please do a video on testing revenues, payroll and expenses? I have been enjoying your videos. Thanks for showing real life examples and templates and not just talking theory!!

An alternative to decimal points, you can go to the settings in the control panel and change the default to zero decimals places.
Control panel > change date, time, and number formats > advanced settings > currency > No. of digits after decimal
Lmk if anyone else has shortcuts they’ve found practical.
