But if your knowledge of London was actually accurate to modern times and not oudated (all American knowledge of UK seems to be 20+ years outdated), then you'd know people are getting shot as well, not even just in London but all over the UK. Surprise surprise, laws don't don't stop criminals doing something, who would've guessed.
