Lol this is what I do everyday without even being an idol or a trainee...I sleep only for about 2-3 hrs and I practice dance vocal rap and study my school syllabus and a bit of Korean language
(svt) This is How my ult group had to live when they were trainees- As trainees, they practiced dance and choreography for 13-14hrs straight (with one or two meal breaks) On occasions, they would stay up all night and then rest for 1-2 hrs Then there would be certain members who would be called in for vocal training while others produced or practiced for their own projects or evaluation. Then, there was also *behavioral and body* training. If any of the trainees spoke in a dialect or did something bad, they would be *punished*. These punishments included doing planks or other physical punishments. And on days, to "strengthen their core", the trainers would make them do push-ups till they literally threw up. Not even like 100 push-ups or plank exercises, the numbers would exceed 300-400. AND to make it all worse. They were constantly recorded (live streamed) with less that a 100 people watching them; but still, it meant that they were ALWAYS monitored and had NO privacy. If you don't know by now, I'm talking about SEVENTEEN. I love what they are now and they had a whole history for that. I don't know how I feel about the intense training because now each and every member, acc to their training periods is extremely talented in Rap, dance and vocals. AND, some of the members are very talented in song-writing and composing. In fact, one of their member, WOOZI, participates in composing and writing ALL of their songs.

Most of this aint correct tho. Singing every hour makes ur voice strained and tired and it takes a few days for it to heal back so dont trust on this

11th)eat dinner
12th) watch PHONE, T. V, NETFLIX whatever you want

A students life (according to my)
Wake up at 5am get ready go to classes which are miles away from home attendant classes 6am to 9am then come home rushly get ready go to school at 9:40 other wise after 9:45 they make you stay out of school for next 20 min then attend school from 10am to 4pm then go for another classes till 6pm then come home then start doing study till 1am or 2am then sleep and then wake up again at 5am
Even after all this they says what you do you just rest all the day
This is not idol life idol's are relax this is trainee life
It's kinda same with my schedule.....😮!!!
A day in my life :
5:45 wake up and turn off the alarm
6:00 wake up for 5 minutes and go to sleep
6:15 actually waking up
6:20 get ready
6:30 watch TH-cam shorts
7:00 eat breakfast
7:30 go to hell
6:00 pm coming back to home after going to hell
6:15 change and eat
6:45 open book and keep a side
7:00 watching TH-cam
8:00 eat dinner
8:30 watch more videos
9:45 : going to sleep
10:30 actually falling asleep
